The staff goes above and beyond in keeping their guests happy and the resort grounds are clean and beautiful. They serve fresh fruit, hamburgers, hot dogs, fries, chips, and all the fixings for your. This is a good option for a quick snack while enjoying the pool or beach. Pepe’s snack bar in the pool area is open for lunch and into the afternoon. The buffet has a mimosa bar, juice bar, and a station to make your own Bloody Mary. The main buffet had so many options it was hard to choose at times what to eat. The restaurants we tried didn’t require a dress code, but you do need to be in casual attire. The steakhouse was a little disappointing due to my steak not being prepared the way I requested it, and the lobster was overcooked. Our friends tried the Japanese restaurant and they raved about about how good the steak and service was. I tried both options during the evening meal and everything was really good. The Italian restaurant in the main lobby area is good offering a salad bar with hot and cold foods. The seaweed problems are hit and miss, not bad during our stay.
